With the increasing regulatory control for fire standard compliant cigarettes, Cerulean’s CDX101 Diffusivity tester can measure the diffusivity of the bands and base papers used in the manufacture of such cigarettes. Producers and paper suppliers can now ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements in this increasingly important sector of the market.
Designed for fast response, it is both sensitive and highly stable. The compact measuring head allows access for measuring paper strips, sheets and spills cut from cigarettes. The instrument provides a high degree of confidence in the results presented with excellent repeatability of these measurements.
