The Cerulean PST300P pack seal tester provides a reliable, fast and efficient method for automatically measuring the pack seal integrity with the minimum of operator intervention. Suitable for any form of pack that is sealed and fits in the loading station the PST300P is a robust and versatile unit suitable for use in the laboratory or manufacturing environment.

There are minimal calibration requirements, and coupled with the a batch measurement facility, the PST300P is capable of operation without attention. Up to ten packs can be loaded onto the automatic feed belt for testing.
The Cerulean PST300P automatically pierces the packs and checks airflow at 50mmWG/ mmH2O or 100mmWG/ mmH2O pressure drop to identify any flaw in the pack seal. The robust nature of the piercing device allows double thickness packs (slide opening) to be tested as well as single wall thickness packs.
