Quantum Plus
The Quantum Plus test station is a flexible and comprehensive platform for Quality Control testing of cigarettes or filters. The design is such that the user can specify the sampling, measurement and control options from a “mix and match” menu to customize the system to meet his own specific needs.
Conforming to ISO 2971:1998, ISO 6565:2002 and ISO 2971:1998 the system provides the ability to add up to five measurement modules as required by the customer from Individual Weight, Circumference, Hardness, Pressure Drop and Ventilation, Non-Contact Length, Plasticizer and the latest option of Moisture and Density Profile.

The Quantum Plus utilizes the industry recognized and accepted measurement technology of the QTM “smart shelf” brought up to date which allows each measurement module its own intelligence, control and measurement power.
The system supports a hopper or cigarette auto-sampling giving a wide range of sampling options for local use practises.
The software and hardware is configured such that up to 4 makers can be served giving a cost effective solution to Quality Assurance on the factory floor.
Data can be exported using the data module, this enables the customer to retrieve the data as a CSV text file that can be configured to meet requirements such as sequence of data, layout, format and frequency of export.
