Microbial Sampler with Hepa Filtered Exhaust
ActiveCount 100H is a high performance portable active air sampler suitable for use in cleanrooms and asceptic environments. The ActiveCount100H is truly ISO 14698 compliant with a d50 collection efficiency of 1 micron and HEPA filtered exhaust ports designed to avoid re-aspiration of sampled air.
ActiveCount100H offers self-adjusting flow control to ensure accurate sampling as well as continuous & periodic sampling modes for optimum sampling flexibility. The autoclavable impactor head, dust cover and adjustable baseplate together with a sanatizable stainless steel enclosure and HEPA filtered exhaust; ensure ActiveCount100H will not contaminate your critical environments.
The optional remote sample head minimizes disturbance of unidirectional airflow within a BSC or laminar flow bench and the gas sample option provides the versatility needed to accomplish all your critical sampling requirements.

Gas Sampler
Works with the ActiveCount100 and ActiveCount100H
The Gas Sampler is a high performance portable gas sampling adapter for use with the ActiveCount100 and ActiveCount100H microbiological samplers.
The Gas Sampler is made from 316L Stainless Steel and is suitable for use in cleanrooms and aseptic environments. The Gas Sampler is designed to operate at a flow rate of 100 LPM (3.53 CFM) and can accommodate a pressure range of 20-145 psi. (1.4-10 bar).
The gas sampling adapter with fitted O-rings; inserts into the ActiveCount sample head providing a sealed connection and is designed to sample inert gasses only such as Argon (Ar), Nitrogen (N2), Clean Dry Air (CDA) and Carbon Dioxide (CO2).
The Gas Sampler can be used to test for microbial contamination in compressed air as per ISO 8573-7.
Remote Sampler
Works with the ActiveCount100H only
The Remote Adapter is a high performance portable remote sampling adapter for use with the ActiveCount100H microbiological sampler.
The Remote Adapter connects a sample tube of up to 10 feet to a stainless steel isokinetic probe mounted on a stainless steel monopod situated at your most critical monitoring location.
The 316L stainless steel remote sampling adapter with fitted O-rings, inserts into the ActiveCount sample head providing a sealed connection and is suitable for use in cleanrooms and aseptic environments.
